Description:
Hard to beat a 375 H&H when it comes to hunting big and dangerous game. It has been proven all over the world since it's debut in 1912 and it's still going strong. I can vouch for it's effectiveness on Moose, maybe not dangerous, but certainly big. This Pre-64 Model 70 Winchester 375 is ready to scope, preferably a low powered, long eye relief one, then off to the hunt. I have the rings for it, just not shown. Metal is all original except for the rear sight leaf, that has been changed. the stock may or may not have had a finish applied to it, not sure. The stock has been reinforced with cross bolts. The original recoil pad is intact. The sling swivel studs are set up for quick detachable swivels and are not factory. I'm 72 now and my Alaskan adventures are over, I no longer need a 375 H&H. I think the price is reasonable at $2000 plus $45 shipping and insurance to C&R or FFL. 120 day lay-a-way available, no credit cards and no trades.
