Another Civil War ers pistol of about .55 cal with a 8 1/2" round barrel for about a .55 cal ball. The Metal is grey and has no markings but the barrel and lock-plate look like a Johnson of Middletown. The action cocks and works well.The hard-wood stock looks like a tiger maple, and comes with a more recent wood ram-rod and brass tip. these guns were put together by the south for the Civil War, as any type gun has in high demand. Has a brass butt-cap, side plate and flat sheet brass trigger guard. This gun would make a fine display piece for Civil war artifacts. We don’t have asite .I prefer money orders or a check.
