Description:
Early Parker PH grade 12ga.Built in 1891,this gun was built on a #1 frame which is the standard frame for a 16ga.This gun has 30" damascus barrels choked full and full.The barrels retain 99% of the damascus pattern and are free of rust,dents,or pits.The barrels lock up to the action very tightly with no play.The action retains bright case colors in the protected areas and the engrving is still sharp and crisp.The action screws are still in time and appear to have never been turned.The double triggers still retain most of the fire blue finish.The pistol grip stock is sound with no cracks or damage.The stock has a 141/4" LOP over an old Red Head pad.This is a classic Parker that would make a fine addition to any collection or a great hunting or clays gun for the vintage shooter.Built prior to 1898,it is classified as an antique.
