- Note: This is one of the 5,000 Colt Frontier Scouts issued as the California Bicentennial Revolver in 1969. The gun is in the appropriate wooden presentation case and comes with key and high relief casting of the state of California. The gun is gold plated as is the casting. The gun is unfired and appears to never have been cocked as there is no bolt drag line on the cylinder. There is one scuff mark in the gold plating on the left underside of the barrel, just ahead of the siderod ejector. The case shows a few handling marks on the outside.
