We look forward to being of service. Description: 23" lightweight, tapered, octagon-to-round Krieger barrel with wedding-band transition contoured by John Pell and with full-band swivel base. Fully figured walnut stock by Gary Goudy and James Tucker with widow's-peaked ebony forend tip, Steel capped pistol grip, classic point-pattern checkering with mullered borders, beaded cheekpiece, classic comb, inletted rear swivel base and thin black Decelerator recoil pad. Small-ring, pillar-bedded, custom Kurz-length Mauser action with jeweled bolt and follower, 6-panel checkered bolt knob, Model 70-type safety, Blackburn trigger and Blackburn bottom metal with hinged straddle floorplate. Border engraved by Terry Wallace. Leupold M8-4X scope with fine duplex reticle in Conetrol rings on custom bases by Chuck Grace. Pull: 13 3/8" to leather covered recoil pad. (Also with interchangeable 1/2" black Decelerator pad.) Weight: just 8lbs, scoped. Built by 20 members of the American Custom Gunmakers Guild for presentation to their Executive Director in 1995.
