It is all matching serial numbers including the grips. This pistol has the small "red nine" to denote that this pistol is chambered for the standard 9 M/M Parabellum cartridge of the German Army. The small lettering is usually seen on early pistols. The bore is in very good condition. This pistol has seen service use and would rate a 85% condition. There is traces of niter blue on the trigger, rear sight elevator, safety and bolt stop lug. The action works correctly. This pistol has not been through the post war rebuild program or been refinished. This pistol also has a original cleaning rod and combination tool. The holster is a post war made holster for this model pistol. This is a really decent very early "Red Nine" Broomhandle that is seldom seen by collectors. Most of these pistols did not survive the World War in their original condition. Curio&Relic CAC Consn. F. No. 209 Visit me on google hlvfineguns.
