QUALITY CONSMENTS WANTED !This pistol is all matching with the exception of the barrel. The barrel is a different serial number. The frame serial number is 219 Y. The bore is bright and sharp. The barrel assembly fits the frame properly with no problems. Spreewerk was one of the three producers of the P.38 pistol. The other producers were Mauser and Walther. This pistol would make a really nice shooter. These P.38's were always a fun gun to shoot. This pistol would be a great subsitute for protecting the collector grade P.38's from being used or shot. The Holster is dated 1941. The code is JOA. Some of the stiching is separating. This holster would be a great candidate for restoration work. The rest of the hard shell holster is sound and not dried out.
