Description:
S#208647, 32-40, 26 inch barrel, good bore with strong rifling and light erosion throughout. This 1901 manufactured rifle remains in very good condition with barrel and receiver showing a brown patina with traces of blue in protected areas. Magtube shows about 10% blue worn to bright. Wood is sound with very few marks for a gun of this age. A little oil was wiped on wood during period of use. Front sight is a Lyman bead, rear sight is a sporting Winchester with thumbpiece elevator. FFL or C+R
