Here is a large Winchester 1891 reloading tool in 38-55 for displaying along side your Winchester rifle ,or, other Winchester pieces.It measures nearly 4" x 9 1/4 inches overall. It would still be functional as everything works.I do not have the decapping pin. The metal is smooth in places aloing with light pitting. Could be cleaned a bit but looks quite good for something over a hundred years old.
