WW2 GERMAN OBERNDORF MAUSER MODEL K98k, S/42K INFANTRY RIFLE, CIRCA 1934. 8mm Mauser caliber 24” barrel with import markings. Receiver and breech of barrel with Eagle proofs. Receiver ring stamped “S/42K”. Barrel and receiver with matching numbers otherwise not matching. Fine with 90% plus blue. Stock and hand guard with the original finish. Stock with original Nazi era inspector’s stamps on right butt. Working order and near mint, bright bore.
