Built on a 1893 lever action rifle frame, this idea was way ahead of it's time in shotgun inovation. This shotgun shoots 2 1/2" shells only. shotgun is in very good condition, seeing it was made just before the big crash in 1929 to early 1930's. In 1929 if you purchased two shares of Marlin stock, you were given a 410 shotgun as a premotional program from Marlin. By 1932 the program failed and the rest is history, except for the guns that are left. This is a very scarce 410 shotgun, and a very good investment for the fuuture. Note. shot gun has a small chip out of toe of the butt stock and has a period replacement butt plate. SOLD |
