Payment Types Accepted: checks, cashiers/bank check, money order Description: Shiloh Sharps, made in Big Timber, Montana, 1863 percussion sporter, desirable .50 caliber, 26" standard octagon barrel (just under 1" at the muzzle), double set triggers, standard shotgun butt with original checkered hard rubber butt plate, straight stock, standard case colored action, rich reddish brown straight grain walnut, rounded (option) forend tip, blade front sight with semi-buckhorn Lawrence ladder rear sight plus an additional new full buckhorn Lawrence ladder sight (these are listed in the Shiloh catalogue at $65), and Ideal tang sight adjustable for windage and elevation, these work great with any standard .50 caliber cast slug intended for the .50-70 and .50-90 cartridges. Use paper cartridges or loose powder and a breech seated lubed cast bullet. Loaded this way, they are as accurate as the cartridge firing Sharps. This one will make a great hunting rifle and weighs about 9 1/2 lbs. In near new condition with only a handling mark or two.
