Description:
Virtually pristine, early 1969 .357 Colt Python w/ 6'' barrel. 92,xxx serial number places it in the first half of 1969, prior to the addition of letter prefix or suffix. Barrel is bright. Ramp front sight. The bluing is deep and lustrous. Wood grip w/ gold rampant colt insignia. The checkering is sharp and w/o wearing or rounding. There is almost no drag-line on the cylinder; really! (see pictures). There is an approximately 1mm blemish on the right upper corner of the second letter "M" in the word "MAGNUM". It is not rust, as it appears in the photo, but a slight purple discoloration of the bluing. Comes w/ Colt stryrofoam box; not original. More pictures upon request. Shipped to FFL only.
