This is a handsome revolver that has 90-95% of its original bright rust-blued finish remaining with some light fading and silvering along the edges of the barrel and unit marked frame (“L No. 3724/A”). The trigger, hammer, and loading gate spring retain a commensurate amount of their original dark but brilliant straw color, and the cylinder has a light turn-ring with mild fading at the edges. The checkered wooden grips are in very good-fine condition and exhibit some minor flattening of the points with light handling marks on either side. The revolver locks up tightly, the mechanism functions flawlessly, and a small, unobtrusive import mark is present on the underside of the barrel. This is a great military “Husky” in excellent overall condition that would make a nice addition to any collection.
