Description:
This July 1879 dated bayonet has clear markings on spine, ricasso and guard with matching numbers on scabbard. The bright blade is unsharpened and shows a few small stains. Guard and pommel have developed a dark patina. The contoured grip scales show a few impact marks and light wear. The ball tipped scabbard retains 85% blue and has no dents.
