BOTH WHEELS EMBOSSED WITH SAME LOGO ADDRESS WITH GOLD PAINT. BLUE AND RED PAINT WITH PATRIOTIC TRANSFERS IMAGES OF A COAT OF ARMS WITH STARS AND STRIPES. OVERALL 9" WIDE, 13" TALL, WEIGHS 17 POUNDS.
