Description:
This is a WWII U.s military marked Remington model 11 semi-auto 12ga. shotgun. With a military finish as stated on the receiver, and a 24" barrel and a clean shiny smooth bore. the action is smooth and crisp. The American plain walnut stocks are very good and have Springfield Armory proof and inspector FJA also. Often this guns had a Cutts Compensator to control muzzle rising with firing fast! These were commonly issued to Navy ship board sailors, deck crew/gunners that learned how to lead into a shot for ariel gunnery. My gather used one of these on his ship. LOP is 14 3/8" with a factory installed hard rubber butt-plate.A clean example of a WWII used U.S. military used shotgun, well marked. We don’t have a web site .I prefer money orders or a check.
