Antonio Banderas Custom Made Damascus Steel large bowie knife & leather sheath new condition. This is a brand new custom made knife designed and made by Antonio Banderas (the knife maker, not the actor). The Damascus steel blade is folded five times starting with 9 layers of 1095 and 15N20, giving approximately 288 layers of remarkable pattern to the blade. The blade is properly heat treated to give excellent edge sharpness retention. This is not one of the many Damascus blade knives you will see on e-Bay for $30 - $70 that were made in India, China or Pakastan. This is a top quality knife made by a recognized maker. The knife is 13-3/4 inches long overall; the Damascus blade is 8 inches long; the 3-1/2 inch long handguard and pommel are also made of Damascus steel. The handle is made of stag antler and exotic wood. Condition is new, never used.
