SOLD *** REDUCED PRICE *** This beautiful De Haan is like new and a perfect gun to take afield for upland gunning for grouse, woodcock, and quail. Comfortable to carry all day and a joy to handle with its 30” barrels. The exquisite full coverage engraving and highly figured stock and forearm make it a handsome gun you will be proud to own. *** It has a sideplated boxlock action with double triggers and extractors. Gun weighs 5lb 14oz. The richly blued 30” barrels are chambered for 2-3/4” cartridges and choked Improved Cylinder and Modified. They are topped by a raised solid rib with cross hatching to reduce glare. *** The highly figured stock has a swept back Prince of Wales type pistol grip and a semi-beavertail form. Wider than a typical splinter forearm the semi-beavertail forearm gives the shooter a better grip on those graceful small bore barrels. There are a few small handling marks on the wood but are barely noticeable. Stock dimensions are 14-13/16” over a thin rubber butt pad by 1-3/8” by 2”. Slightly cast off for the right hand shooter. *** Buyer is responsible for all shipping, insurance, and any other related charges. I give a 3-day non-firing inspection period and will only accept returns at buyer’s expense if the gun is not as described in the listing.
