*** GREAT SHOOTER *** What stories this nice little Philadelphia Fox could tell ! Lots of case coloring remaining on the frame, toplever, and forearm. The barrels have shiny bores and it will make a nice addition to your shooting battery and an American upland classic to take afield. *** This 20 gauge Sterlingworth, serial number 258115, has quick handling 26” barrels with 2-1/2” chambers. It is choked Light Modified and Full. The barrels are topped by a raised solid cross hatched rib. They are marked “Sterlingworth Fluid Compressed Steel”. The shiny bores are both 0.622” in diameter. The bores are in good shape but there is a little freckling on the outside of the barrels but otherwise the original bluing is intact. *** The original walnut stock has a nice figure and worn but not worn out checkering. It has a swept back pistol grip with the factory pistol grip cap and splinter forearm. Stock dimensions are 14-1/8” over the original factory butt plate by 1-3/8” by 2-1/2” The original auto safety connector rod has been saved so that you can reactivate the auto safety feature if you like. Currently, it has a manually operated safety. There are numerous handling marks on the stock and forearm from normal usage but nothing drastic. *** The gun is on face and in good mechanical condition. *** Buyer is responsible for all shipping, insurance, and any other related charges. I give a 3-day non-firing inspection period and will only accept returns at buyer’s expense if the gun is not as described in the listing.
