Description:
Ricasso shows British marks and broad arrow overstamped with 7 bars, "US" added below. Opposite side shows "1913" with "8-17" and Remington in circle. Blade is bright with light staining and a couple scattered areas of light pitting. Grips have no oil hole, a rare variation. The scabbard wears early, seldom seen, leather tab attaching belt hook to throat. Scabbard is in very good condition with wear from use. A fine example of this WWI bayonet.
