Description:
This would make a nice gun to restore or at least reblue or use just the way it is. Metal is mixed patina and blue with pinprick pitting from rust which has been removed at some time (look carefully at photos). Gun has excellent wood however, and a very nice bore. I believe this is the so called 2nd model which has always been one of my favorites. Has an original tang mounted receiver sight and a factory folding rear, just as it came from the factory. Worth a lot more than our asking price. Serial range is 1536xx.
