1830's American Officers Sword. Bone handle, white brass with gold wash. Featured in Peterson's Book of American Swords-pg. 79-80. Rare-Rare sword. Complete with scabbard. Blade engraved as shown in the book. Very nice condition, no damage has hanging chain with no rust/pitting etc. American Pickers just paid $1,900 for one like this. The book shows this sword for a low of $2,450. Selling it for $900 or best firearm trade, as I am not into swords.
