First year production Remington model 700 carbine in 243 Win.Built in 1961,this rifle has the hard to find 20" barrel with open sights.this gun retains 99%of the original blue and wood finish and is all original.Features include an aluminum buttplate,hinged floorplate magazince,ebony grip and forend caps,and fleur checkering.These carbines are hard to find in any conditon,much less one that is nearly new like this one.A classic addition to any collection or a great rifle for a serious shooter.C&R eligible.
