Description:
S# 10379, 32 S&W, 3 1/2 inch barrel, good bore with strong rifling and light erosion throughout. This is the first variation of the first model small frame hammerless revolver, it was built in 1895. Retains 95% of an old refinish nickel showing a few dings and light scratches. The case hardened trigger has developed a brown patina. Trigger guard shows 85% blue. Functions quite well, indexing and locking up as it should. The hard rubber owl's head grips fit well and show very little wear. This gun has a trigger safety similar to many modern handguns.
