New Price! Up for sale is a early 3 screw 1958 single six. This gun is a fine example of the pre 60's model. In 1958 Ruger had made some changes to their 22 single six. This gun has the dimpled ejector rod, round gate etc.The only barrel length offered before 1959 was 5 1/2" barrel as this is. The serial # is in the 95xxx range therefor not a flat gate. The gun would rate 94 to 95%. Maybe even better but I tend to grade harder than some. The bore is almost mint. there is slight bluing wear on the sharp edges, but is nice. The grips are very nice as well. This gun has been back to the factory for the upgrade but I have reinstalled the original parts for the collector. The new parts will be included. Not a bad price for a collectible 50+ year old gun. Pre 59 guns are getting a lot harder to come by.
