Description:
A very long flintock musket made by CENTAURE of Belgium with a 39 1/2" long barrel, with a rough cut bore and some patches of corrosion, but will fire a ball good.Caliber is .55/.56. Belgium proofs on the barrel.The frizzen throws a shower of sparks and the lock works good. Comes with a steel ram-rod, and brown leather sling. the metal is in the whits and is clean. The European hardwood stock is good with no issues, except for some finish flaking..The hardware is material made from 1840(the lock) bands fro a French military rifle, A straight shooter that has been test fired. Difficult to find a musket thos long as they are not being made any more! We don’t have asite .I prefer money orders or a check. Item ships when funds come in.
