Description:
.44-40 W.C.F. caliber, 4 3/4" barrel, blue and casehardened finish with checkered black composite grips. The barrel and ejector rod housing showing nearly all of the original blue with only some slight thinning on the edges. The barrel is marked "COLT FRONTIER SIX SHOOTER .44-40" on the left side of the barrel. The cylinder showing much the same with the frame having excellent remaining case hardened finish. Serial range 338xxx. mfg. 1920. Excellent bore. Showing only light use overall.
