Description:
Colt SAA with the "Frontier Six Shooter 44-40" marking on the bbl. Gun is in the 339k serial range. A nice condition revolver with 95% blue. Just a little light wear at the muzzle and the front of the ejector shroud. Frame has most case colors remaining dimming just a bit. Nice blue on the cylinder also. A couple of light scratches. Wooden grips in VG cond. A light repair on the bottom right hand side. Nice shiny bore. Equipped with a 5-1/2" bbl. 44-40 SAA's are very sought after.
