REMINGTON NEW YORK MILITIA CONTRACT MODEL 1871 ROLLING BLOCK .50-70 CAL. RIFLE W/BAYONET. All original and complete as issues. Upper tang with Remington address and patent dates (1867,1871). Fine plus with Grey case hardening on frame and barrel a crisp medium grey plum. Excellent stock and forend with all the original finish and mint cartouches including a nice “SNY” script New York acceptance cartouche on the right wrist. Excellent bore. Perfect working order. Original scarce bayonet and scabbard.
