Description:
30 cal 1894 rifle with 26" round bbl, gold front sight and Winchester flat top rear sight. Also equipped with Lyman tang with large target aperture. The big rare factor is the double set trigger. A 94 with a double set trigger is very desirable and hard to find. A nice rifle with most bbl blue remaining. Thinning in spots and faded a bit. Receiver is aged to a medium brown/grey color. Has a button mag and a shotgun butt. Buttstock is VG overall condition. It has been freshened lightly as has the forearm. Good strong rifling with some roughness in the bore. Could use a good cleaning. A nice early antique 1894!
