Description:
S# 61641, 12 GA, 2 3/4 inch , 30 inch barrel, bright good bore with patches of light pitting . This John Browning designed pump shotgun was built from 1910 to 1917 with the markings noted on frame. The design was used through the early 1960's under many trade names. This is the trap shooter grade gun with checkered fancy grain stock and matted rib and receiver top. It retains about 40% blue on metal and stocks shows typical wear with many small marks. Butstock has two tiny cracks behind upper tang, forend ahs a small crack on each side. Action works well and is quite smooth from decades of honest use. This is a classic American field gun. FFL or C+R
