Description:
Serial #53720, .45 ACP, 5” barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is a licensed copy of the venerable U.S. Model 1911A1 pistol and has matching numbers on the frame, slide, and barrel. The metal retains practically all of an extremely well done, re-applied Du-Lite finish that only has a few spots of light surface wear scattered about. A very small and unobtrusive import stamp is present on the left side of the frame, just behind the magazine release. The checkered wooden grips are not original to the gun and are in excellent, little-used condition with virtually no flattening of the points. The pistol is accompanied by an original Model 1927 magazine, numbered to a different gun (101398). These are extremely well-made pistols and this reconditioned example should make a fabulous shooter. FFL or C&R
