Description:
Serial #13C2951, .410 Bore (3”), 28” barrels with excellent, bright bores (choked modified and imp. cylinder). This is a Turkish-made, sideplate gun that has been embellished and reworked by DeHaan Shotguns of Rigby, ID, and features a sunken center rib, mono-bloc barrels, side clips, double triggers, and a one-piece extractor. The barrels retain practically all of their original blue finish while the brightly finished, floral scroll-engraved frame is also in immaculate condition, virtually unused and without handling marks or blemishes. The Circassian walnut forend and straight-wrist buttstock are in excellent condition with lovely figured grain and crisp checkering. The stock has a 14 1/2” length of pull to a skeleton buttplate and inlaid “D” medallion, drops of 1 1/2” and 2 1/4”, and is cast off for right-handed shooters. A shield-shaped escutcheon with engraved “M” is present on the belly of the butt. The gun comes with its original shipping box, DeHaan instruction manual, and velvet barrel and stock covers. These guns are made to order and this example cost $2500 when new. FFL
