Description:
This Parker has 28” barrels with 2 ¾” chambers and choke constrictions of .020 right and .035 left. The bore diameters measure .728 right and .7285 left. The barrels retain 90% original bluing with some minor freckling and have two ivory beads. The center rib is marked PARKER BROS. MAKERS. MERIDEN, CT. U.S.A. PARKER SPEC. STEEL. The bores are clean and shiny. The ½ frame has around 30% original case coloring. The trigger guard has been refinished and retains 75% bluing. It has double triggers, automatic safety and ejectors. The pistol grip stock is in very good condition and has been refinished. The length of pull is 14” to the front trigger over a poorly fit buttplate. The forearm appears to be original and in very good condition. Mechanics are excellent. Drop at comb: 1 5/8", Drop at heel: 3", weight: 7 1/4 lbs.
