Colt Offical Police revolver 38 special 5 inch. 1962 Vintage. This is a very nice quality Colt.
The action has been worked and it is extremly smooth leading to me that this revolver was most likely a policemans pride and joy. I am going to stick my neck out and tell you the action is Python Like. Also note no cylinder drag line. The bore is very nice along with the lock-up. Nice old Colt grips that appear to me original the the gun. The backstrap has some issues other than that it's a very nice buy.
