Description:
This Parker has 32” barrels with 2 ¾” chambers and choke constrictions of .037 right and .033 left. The bore diameters measure .733 right and .733 left. The barrels retain 90% original bluing with some freckling, a few scratches and a small amount of pitting by the left muzzle. They have two ivory beads and the bores are clean and shiny. The center rib is marked PARKER BROS. MAKERS. MERIDEN, CONN. TITANIC STEEL. The 2 frame retains 25% original color with some graying and patina. The safety has been removed and the slot filled. The trigger guard retains little original bluing. It has a double triggers and ejectors. The straight grip stock and forearm have been refinished and are in very good condition. The length of pull is 14 5/8” over a Parker dog’s head buttplate. Drop at comb: 1 1/2", Drop at heel: 1 5/8", weight: 8 1/4 lbs. The right ejector needs adjusted. This was probably a pigeon gun at one time.
