Description:
Was told by a Remington Historian that this prolly the nicest one he has ever seen!! Gun is probably between 90% to 95% condition overall. No Rust, No Cracks!! Both Receiver and barrel have matching serial numbers which is Rare for these I was told. Historian told me most likely this particular gun was used in our POW camps and most likely never saw combat. Besides a few small scratches on the receiver the most prominent one under the words Military Finish and has been drilled and tapped for a williams peep sight, this gun is almost flawless. The wood is Excellent with no marks or cracks. The plastic butt plate is excellent. The barrel is mint and the bore as well. Has all correct Military Markings and are all very clean and visable to the eye. Just a beauty a very nice piece of American
History here. Flaming Bombs on both barrel and receiver are Perfect as well as the Military Marking and FJA on the stock. Do not miss out on this one if you are a serious collector.
