Description:
Browning M1885 .45-70 BPCR with 30" 1/2-octagon barrel that is 1" in daimeter at muzzle. Figured American Black Walnut stock & forend. Excellent blue with slight wear at muzzle. Excellent bore-has been shot with soft lead bullets and BP only. Wood is very good with several lightdings. 13 3/4" LOP. 12 1/2 lbs with MVA scope. Accessories include original Browning adjustable tang sight and globe front sight, two, new replacement globe front sights, aperture cards, and large number of new factory action parts (pins, springs, firing pin, etc). Also available is MVA Series 3000 6X scope with fine crosshair reticle and centerless mil dots and MVA non-click Silhouette mounts with MOA adapters. Scope is excellent+ with only slight blue wear where scope tube has slid back & forth in front mount. Replacement cost of scope, mounts, and knobs is $1025.00. Rifle is sold. Scope reduced to $750.00.
