As stated, this Colt was produced in 1919. The serial number is 214344. The hard rubber grips are in very fine condition with no cracks or chips. The grip checkering is sharp with no wear. The bore is bright and clean. This pistol shows very little use or shooting. This pistol has it's original two tone magazine that is in very fine condition. The slide is serial numbered to the frame. On the right side of the slide, in the back is a very small area of roughness. The only area of blue loss is by the muzzle. The trigger, safety and grip safety show strong vivid color case finish. The bluing would rate a 97% condition. The color cased finish would rate a 98% or better condition. This is a really nice early model 1908 that any collector would be very happy to have in their collection. These 25's have always been a popular Colt to collect. The earlier models with the hard rubber grips more so. Search for HLVFINEGUNS on Google.
