Description:
Hard to find Sauer and Sohns Pre-war Model 33 O/U 12 ga. This gun is built to last. Think of a big German beer maid, maybe it’s not the prettiest thing but it sure is built like a brick outhouse. Solid Kersten bolting mechanism with cross bolt. It has shiny 27 inch barrels choked full and full with extractors. Solid rib. Drop at heel is 2 9/16, drop at comb is 1 3/8, length of pull is 14 ¼ with some cast off. This is German craftsmanship at its best. No compromise on mechanics. There is no case color left and there are surface blemishes on sides of the receiver – see pics. The rest of the metal is clean and rust free. The stock has the expected little bumps and dings but no cracks or major gouges. Was asking $1,200. Reduced to $900
