Excellent matching Mauser byf44 K98 rifle, L block sereies. It meets the specs for a 1944 rifle from Oberndorff factory according to the "Backbone of the Wehrmact". Bayonet lug is zinc-phosphate which is correct for this late rifle.Stock is not numbered but has the correct faint Waa135 stamp visible on the right side and the keel. Bolt is all matching. The rear site is a Armourers's replacement and not S/N'd. Original cleaning rod. Bore is crisp and mirror bright. Original finish is 95% plus. No Import stamps. I am a CR holder, so make sure it is ok to transfer to your state. No sales to CA,NJ,NY,IL,HI
