NEW ITHACA DOUBLE-NID SKEET MODEL FIELD GRADE SHOTGUN CA. 1936. 26” raised rib “BF”(Best Fluid Steel) marked factory barrels with double bead sights choked Skeet and Skeet. 2 ¾” chambers. Single non-selective trigger, automatic ejectors and manual safety. Custom fancy figured checkered pistol grip walnut stock with hard rubber pistol grip cap and original “ITHACA GUN CO. INC.” embossed hard rubber butt plate. Pull 14 7/8th”, drop 1 ½”, 2 ¾”. Matching checkered beaver tail forend. Excellent overall with 95% blue and minor case hardening colors with balance a silvery-grey. Stock and forend with the original finish and crisp checkering. Excellent, bright bores and perfect working order. Scarce NID Skeet 16 gauge.
