This an excellent condition Colt 1911 frame, serial range 5563xx with a non matching Springfield Armory 1911 slide with ordnance bomb proof and marked Model Of 1911 US Army, that has been fitted with match sights. Pistol has had grips replaced, otherwise original. Barrel marked COLT .45 AUTO. Slide is not numbered under the firing pin stop. A great parts gun for restoration or shoot as is.
