Description:
A wonderful old Model 1894 rifle made in 1929 with a standard 26 inch round barrel but with a special ordered 1/2 magazine, which is quite rare. Barrel and magazine tube retain most all original blue, and receiver is flaked and turned light brown. Both stock and forearm are original and walnut and forearm has no original finish and buttstock has heavy wear to the finish. There are no cracks, chips, splits, or whatever to stock or forearm. Just the usual handling marks and small dents. Wood is very solid. Rifle has the original curved steel buttplate. A nice old Model 1894 Rifle in a fairly scarce caliber.
