Description:
S# 13115, new functional, 25.2 inch barrel, welded plugged bore. This was a No 4 rifle prior to alteration to a non functional drill rifle. Features include a nonfunctional copper colored bolt with no firing pin hole, exposed chamber front visible from left side through a hole in stock, restamped receiver with slot milled into both sides and white bands on stock with "DP" painted in black. Bolt Handle wears matching numbers. Rifle is in very good condition with 80% black paint finish showing much use. Stocks are in similar used shape with no major cracks. A very interesting service rifle with renumbered DP marked magazine for the collector or for a display requiring non firing weapons. FFL or C&R
