Description:
Serial #93L3005, .303 British, 25” barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is a 1950 dated Long Branch rifle that has 95-97% of the original blue finish remaining on the metal and only some very minor silvering at the muzzle, on some of the projecting edges, and on the bearing surfaces of the matching numbered bolt. The rifle is fitted with a “C.Mk.3” marked stamped metal rear sight and the walnut stock and handguard are in fine overall condition with only small handling marks and small surface blemishes scattered throughout. There are no issue stamps but there is a large “39” rack number stenciled in white on the left side. A single magazine with struck out number is included, as is an original khaki canvassling. This is an excellent Korean War dated rifle and would make a great addition to any collection. FFL or C&R
