Payment Types Accepted: Description: This German Drilling is in Great Shape and looks much more beautiful than the pictures can portray, it was taken very good care of through the years, it was made around 1870- 1880’s. This Drilling was made by Franz Luck (Also known as Luck & Sons) in Suhl, Germany and Carl Adam from Cologne, Germany was the gunsmith retailer for this gun his name is inlaid in silver on the barrel rib. All barrels are Damascus Steel barrels. The calibers are 16 ga Full Choke, 16 ga Modified choke, and according to the barrel stamp the rifle barrel is 9 X 47R, but is considered a 9mm. Engraving /Etching: It is highly engraved with a deer scene on one side and a Duck scene on the other. The Receiver, Trigger Guard, Hammers, Serpentine Selector, Pin Heads, and Jones Underlever all are highly and beautifully engraved. There is silver inlaid in the 2 shotgun barrels near the receiver. There is also silver inlaid in the name of the gunsmith retailer that says, “C. Adam in Coln A/Rh”. Features: Flip-Up Peep Sight, Flip-up standard sight, Engraved Serpentine Chamber Selector on top, Damascus Barrels, Removable Forearm, Original Metal Buttstock, Beautiful Wood Stock with Gloss protectant to preserve the wood, and an Elegant Buffalo Horn trigger guard accent piece.
