A good amount of the nickle remains at about 80% , and has a nickle trigger guard, and case hardened hammer. Gun functions well, and has a clean, strong rifled 2" bore, with some roughness from using old ammo! Hard rubber black grips are also very good. Gun looks like it was cut back and the half-moon front sight installed correctly. Gun locks up very good, and this the large frame 6 shot top break!
