Holiday Special we are offering free shipping and no credit card fees until January 1, 2016 A very fine cased and matching pair of Ferlach proofed dueling pistols with numbered accessories. The repaired case is original with a replacement top. Inside you will find an consecutively numbered pair of Ferlach Austria proofed pistols of approximately 40 cal. They are number 941 and 942. The bullet mold is numbered to the guns. Octagon barrels of 10” length. Very nice case colors. On the locks, trigger guards, wedge plates, lanyard style grips caps, and escutcheons. The original hammer, rod, powder horn, and cap/ball boxes are included. One of the pistols shows repairs to one of the wooden ribs on the grip. Estimated to be manufactured 1890’s.
